Shipping Policy: Most retail orders are shipped within 24 hours or less. If for some reason we are unable to meet that commitment you will be notified on the day you place your order. Shipping rates are based on weight and are calculated at time of check out. We ship to all U.S. States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns/Exchanges: Temple Soothers wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your Temple Soothers product(s) or if the wrong product has been shipped, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of product as indicated by delivery tracking. You will be issued a return authorization number and we will exchange the product or issue a full credit of your product payment. The product must be unused and returned with original packaging and packing slip. If the mistake is ours or the product is flawed, we will replace it or issue a full credit, including original and return shipping fees. If through normal wear and usage, your eye pillow should “leak” Temple Soothers will gladly replace it for you at a minimal (reasonable) cost. (Returns will not be accepted nor credits issued without prior authorization. In addition, this guarantee does not cover inappropriate use or abuse of products.)
